I have only good things to say about Sandra and her team at Lighthorse. Whilst you have to go deep, which is sometimes very hard and confronting, it is exactly what is needed. The different methods which are used during the courses are varied and means that you are able to look at all sides of the same issues, which helps to understand, give it space and move on. When the horses come into play you are confronted with an impressive energy which reflects you in ways that are hard to explain.  This means you can’t hide or kid yourself, you have to be true and honest….the horses know ?

I can wholeheartedly recommend Sandra and her approach for those who really want to create a change in themselves and therefore the environment.

Originally started with leadership training and subsequently a major organizational transformation, we soon saw major benefits for employees with mental problems or challenges. Not only because we can significantly reduce the waiting time for our employees compared to regular mental health care, but especially because we see great benefits and results in Lighthorse’s practical approach.

We see and hear from our employees that they are able to achieve and secure real behavioral changes relatively quickly. This allows them to remain, or quickly return, to the social rhythm and can work constructively on themselves and their situation. This is not only due to the efforts of the horses, but certainly also to the highly experienced coaches, psychologists and experts. I experienced the Breakthrough program with LIGHTHORSE as a very impressive program with a lasting positive impact on my life. The great dedication of Sandra and her team and the combination of therapies and methods make it a powerful whole that everyone will benefit from. It is hard work and will be confrontational and also emotional, but in the end it is a great gift to yourself.

I’ve gotten a much better idea of ​​why my battery has been draining over the years as my emotional bucket continues to fill. In general, I have regained inner peace and confidence, which provides a solid basis for taking on adventures and challenges.

It was truly a life-changing experience, led by the most amazing team (thank you Sandra, Alwine and all the other team members), resulting in some fantastic new experiences and insights. It was a mix of confrontation, emotional digestion, exercise, total relaxation and meditation. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of the program and will remember it for the rest of my life.

The Breakthrough program was beautiful, versatile, intensive, tailor-made and adjusted during the ride, great. More versatile and deeper than other training courses I have followed due to the combination of constellations, coaching sessions, meditations, horses, writing, etc. and 5 days, which really takes it to the next level.

Beautiful, unique experience, one I never wanted to miss and one I know I will remember and reap the benefits of forever. I say to people around me who ask me what it was like that there was ‘no escape’. These 6 days there was no other option than to face and change my fears, insecurities and old habits. The insights you get with this program do not remain on the surface and are not about “technique” or skills, but really show what you do and where it comes from, from that insight you can really work on your own development. I have never experienced this before in a training course, so I am very satisfied with the program! The combination of theory and practice and in my case especially body work have been decisive.

The personal guidance, the diversity of the program, the environment and the journeys were unforgettable and in my opinion could not have been better.

The relationship program was mind and heart blowing, truly magical. A real art in how you guide this process. It’s unbelievable what has been achieved in the three and a half days.

The coaching I have had so far has also been one-on-one, but sometimes for an hour every now and then. the intensity and consistency makes a huge difference.

Because we actively worked on my questions and the horses, I gained insights that I would not have gotten by just talking. The sessions with the horses brought me more into contact with my feelings and made visible how I approach situations. This often triggered something in my subconscious that caused me to act differently after the sessions.

I thought I had formulated a lot of goals, but the themes turned out to be very related and we really worked on everything. I only noticed afterwards how well the program is put together. Step by step but also the power of repetition. I came out of the week with enormous energy and with many insights.
